COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Suntop tire(Wuxi)Co., Ltd. is a joint venture that investigated and established by China's mainland and Taiwan.
The company is located at Tongyun Road,Xishan Economic Development District of Wuxi,which has very convenient traffic since it is just 20 km away from the Wuxi airport and close to the Wuxi east exit of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway for about 10km.
With an occupied area of 33, 300 square meters and building area of more than 15,000 squaremeters. The company has nearly 300 skilled workers, including 25 experienced high technical engineers. Our factory mainly engages in the production ofbutyl rubber trucks, engineering vehicles and agricultural vehicles inner tubes, ATV tires, trailer tires, golf car tires, lawn mower tires and the flap of truck tires, which all the products have the trademarks of “SUNTOP”, “FAR EAST” etc. The annual production capacity of inner tube of butyl rubber trucks and locomotives is 4 million. And the annual production capacity of ATV tyre for golf cart, lawn cart, beach cart, trailer, tool vehicle is 1.5 million and flap for truck tire is 2 million. The main supporting markets in mainland China include customers such as Double Coin, Cheng Shan, Ling Long, Yan Chang, Xu Lun, Sai lun, Jin Yu, Hong Lun, Hua Feng, General Technology, etc. The foreign market is mainly supported by tires and vehicle manufacturers in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, etc. Also sold by foreign trade companies directly .
Our company started the research and development of ATV tires since 1998, and from the officially batch production in 1999 to now, it has the special technologies for the production of butyl rubber truck, locomotive inner tubes of Taiwan rubber industry, equipping with the advanced special manufacturing and testing equipments of Taiwan rubber industry and a group of professional,skilled production employees.
After years of continuous exploit and rapid development, we adhere to the principle that taking advanced technologies as the guide and strict management as the foundation, taking "customer's needs is our pursuit, customer's satisfaction is the greatest compliment" as the management concept and the long-term implementation of ISO-9001 quality management system, the product quality has been greatly promoted and the company has achieved good development.
To further meet the new requirements of domestic and international market development, our company takes the scientific development concept as the guideline and making the long-term davelopment planning that implementing the second phase construction projects of "a new increased annual output of 6 million butyl rubber truck inner tubes" in three years.
During the implementing procedure, we will greatly promote the technical innovation and equipment modification, introducing the Germans GK270 internal mixer rubber mixing production line and dual-compound cold-feed tread extrusion line, enhancing the product quality control and testing system, improving the extrusion and bonding production conditions of inner tube, optimizing the internal environment by construction of 9,000 square meters workshop, warehouse and office house, trying the best to create a clean, environmentally friendly, elegant and harmonious new enterprise.
